  • Choose the right teeth type

In the process of use, the teeth should look at the working environment to determine the specific type of teeth. generally excavation, weathered sand, surface coal, etc. should use flat head teeth. For the hard rock with block shape, the RC type teeth is used, and the TL type teeth is generally used for the block coal seam, and the TL teeth can increase the coal output rate. In actual use, users often prefer the general RC type teeth, we suggest that the customer is not a special case, generally do not use RC type teeth. It is recommended to use flat-teethed teeth. Because the RC-type bucket teeth will wear out in the front after a period of time, such as “fist” increases the excavation resistance and wastes power, while the flat-teethed teeth always maintain a sharp surface during wear and reduce the excavation resistance, thereby saving fuel.

  • Replace the teeth in time

When the tip end portion of the teeth is worn more seriously, the excavator needs to increase the force required for the cutting action during the excavation work, thereby generating greater fuel consumption and affecting work efficiency. Therefore, when it is checked that the teeth loss is serious, it is necessary to replace the new teeth in time.

  • Replacement of the teeth holder timely

The wear of the teeth holder is also very important for the service life of the excavator teeth. After the teeth holder wears 10%-15%, it is recommended to replace the teeth holder because there is a gap between the teethed holder and the teeth. The large gap changes the fit and force point of the teeth and the teeth holder, and the teeth breaks due to the change of the force point.

  • Daily inspection and fastening

In the daily maintenance work of the excavator, spend 2 minutes a day to check the bucket. The main inspection contents are: the degree of wear of the bucket body and whether there is crack. If the degree of wear is serious, reinforcement should be considered. As for the crack in the bucket body, it should be repaired in time to avoid increasing the length of the crack due to delayed maintenance, resulting in unable to maintain conditions. In addition, the bucket teeth should be kicked with the foot to check whether the teeth are stable. If the teeth are loose, they should be tightened immediately.

  • Replace the position after wear

Practice has proved that during the use of the excavator teeth, the outermost bucket of the bucket is 30% faster than the innermost wear. It is recommended to use a period of time to change the position inside and outside the bucket teeth.

  • Pay attention to driving methods

The driving method of the excavator driver is also critical to improve the utilization of the teeth. The excavator driver should try not to collect the bucket when lifting the boom. If the driver lifts the boom while collecting the bucket, such operation will cause the teeth to receive an upward traction force, so that the teeth is torn from the top, and the teeth is torn. This operation must pay special attention to the coordination of the action. Some excavator drivers often use too much force in the action of amplifying the arm and sending the arm, and quickly smashing the bucket to the rock or forcefully throwing the bucket on the rock, which will smash the bucket. Or it is easy to crack the bucket and break the big and small arms.

The angle operation of the excavator driver during excavation should pay attention to the mastering when digging as much as possible. When the bucket is dug, it is perpendicular to the working surface, or the camber angle is not more than 120 degrees to avoid breaking the teeth due to the excessive inclination. Also be careful not to swing the excavating arm to the left or right with a large resistance. This will cause the teeth and the teeth holder to be broken due to excessive force on the left and right. Because the mechanical design principle of most types of teeth design does not consider the left and right forces.
